Ranch and Livestock Rescue
This is where rescue, compassion, and second chances come together. Our ranch was created with one simple belief: every animal deserves to feel safe, cared for, and valued.

For those who are already familiar with us, we have paused our breeding program of Australian Shepherds. Our Aussies continue to be raised with love on the Ranch, and we love seeing other families who have gotten to bring one of our beautiful and intelligent puppies home.
​​We are currently focused on two new programs. First, we now rescue horses and other livestock in need from our local communities and surrounding reservations, particularly animals facing injury, illness, neglect, abandonment, or circumstances where they need to be relocated to a safe environment.
​
Secondly, we breed sheep and Meishan pigs, both for the purpose of continued breeding on other ranches and for agricultural use as part of our meat-share program. Some people may wonder how a livestock rescue can also raise animals for breeding stock and meat shares. We believe the two missions support one another. Our rescue animals receive care because our community believes in their worth. Our agricultural programs help create sustainable income for the ranch.

At Weeping Willows Ranch and Livestock Rescue, rescue doesn't end when an animal arrives at our gates. For many, that is only the beginning. We provide a safe place to rest, recover, receive proper veterinary and farrier care, learn to trust again, and begin their journey toward a brighter future. Some animals will eventually be placed in carefully selected forever homes. Others may remain here for as long as they need us.
We don't just rescue animals. We give them a chance to heal, trust, and live the life they deserve.

Our Mission
The mission of Weeping Willows Ranch and Livestock Rescue is to rescue and provide compassionate care for all animals under our care. This includes the Australian Shepherds in our breeding program, as well as horses and other livestock from our local communities that are facing injury, illness, neglect, abandonment, or circumstances that require rehabilitation or relocation.​
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide each animal with the care, time, and space they need to heal (both physically and emotionally), thrive, and grow. When an animal is ready and the right home can be found, we work toward responsible placement with families who have the commitment to care for that animal.
